Each week, the Hello Craft Podcast collects stories of making and buying handmade.

This week, we have three stories from crafters who will be presenting their work at the American Craft Council Show in Baltimore at the Baltimore Convention Center, February 27 – March 1, 2009. We hear stories from Caitlin Phillips of Rebound Designs, Rania Hassan of Goshdarnknit and Shannon Delanoy of Sweet Pepita. The American Craft Council is gearing up for its annual 3-day craft show –  the largest, indoor, juried craft fair in nation.  Hosted at the Baltimore Convention Center, this ACC show will bring together more than 700 traditional, green and alternative crafters showcasing their latest works.

The ACC will also provide live craft demos from local experts, as well as student works from two innovative art schools, the Savannah College of Art and Design and Virginia Commonwealth University.

Hello Craft will be there hosting our Show and Tell booth — stop by to have your photo taken with your purchases, and share your shopper story. We’ll also be conducting crafter interviews throughout the weekend and will share them on the blog.
