Living in a desert climate, the only time I  see moss is at the florist or when I’ve left a broken sprinkler unattended for weeks. Maybe this is why I find the moss terrarium trend so charming. I also love that the moss is creeping out of the terrarium and onto the walls thanks to artists practicing “guerrilla gardening”

Helen Nodding aka Ladybird is another UK artist making interesting art with moss and the clever inclusion of props.  Her blog has a simple recipe so you can make your own moss graffiti.
